Vicki Newcomb, Corey and Christine McElhaney join us as we discuss the draw of long distance running.  We talk about training, racing, and building friendships out of this healthy outlet.  We talked about setting goals and motivating yourself to get moving! In this episode, we are off to the races with local race horse owner Robert Low.  We took an inside look into his racing entity and got a close up look at Magnum Moon, heavy contender for the Kentucky Derby. We also learned the basics of horse racing and what it is like to have a horse run on such a vibrant stage.  The Kentucky Derby will be Saturday, May 5th at 5:30 (CST). Go Magnum Moon

We also caught up with the in-laws about their time raising and racing thoroughbred racehorses. JoAnne Hopkins, Scott Hopkins, Mike Hopkins, and Linda Shuler shared what a family event it was to take their horses to the track to race.
